The members thatt I know that have a xbow permit are currently out hunting,However I believe there was a thread about aquireing a xbow permit not long ago.To save time you might want to try a thread search on here and possibly find the info you need or call your local F&W they will be able to advise you.
get forms from fish and wildlife office. take to your doctor to confirm your condition and that it will not improve in three years. fill out and return to office and could have the permit the same day
