Default -20,sunny,no wind and the smell of Black Cloud

Well only four of us made it out in the cold today ,one thought it may be just to cold for him. There was not a cloud in the sky, and our breath went straight up, hard to postion yourself when birds come at you from two angles but we manged , we had birds come and land behind us so we just left , I went out to scare some birds that started to land behind us and the boys had 4 come in on them and they all stayed, funny thing was I was about 100 yards away and barley heard the shots,We limited out , some great smiles high fives and a great sense of just being out there.Saving the golf courses one truck load at a time.

Myself and a few hunting buds were out the same morning!

When the geese start flying I always forget I own a camera, one day I will grow a brain and get some action shots and/or figure out how to take pictures.

I am guessing we were further south than the OP as by 11:00 the wind was so bad we were chasing goose shells across the field. Had a flock coming right in about to drop their feet when 2 magnum shells decided to take flight and land right where the geese wanted to land.
