Sorry to hear on your troubles but you sound like you have a great support group. At some point you should start thinking on things that "you" have wanted to do but have never had the time. Make a goal to have a list going into the New Year and focus on picking off of the list -- work out at a gym, travel to ??, get into back country hiking or road biking. We all have things we would like to do but put off. Take one or two of the things that you have always wanted to do but have not and use these as motivation to go forward.
