Default A first!!!

Well, there is a first for everything so they say...

Since there appears to be a split of the usual regulars who attend the wing nite, I think we will actually have two wing nites this week!

For the Calgary people:

TONIGHT
Limerick's on Macleod Trail South
6:30 p.m
24 cents/wing

For the ones who cannot make it tonight...

WEDNESDAY NITE
The Venue in Cochrane
6:30 pm
40 cents/BIG wing
Live music

I know the venue has floated, I've been unavailable the last few due to work. Missed the opportunity last night though apparently, though no rules that it couldn't be another night this month. Gotta do it on the nights with special pricing in effect though!

We have been going regularly but staying more local but still going out. Found 2 spots with good wings and food and not too far from home. Wife actually mentioned last night I should put it out there when we are going to our local south Calgary Wednesdays wings. Next week already in our plans if anyone want to hook up. Deep south end so maybe far for the Cochrane crowd.

The wing nites tend to be pretty lonesome during the summer months as people are out doing their thing. I am guilty of that as well.

I am aslo guilty of working the first wed night for the past few months...and thus haven't planned anything on here. Actually, I haven't been on here much lately at all.

But...if anyone wants to get together, by all means, post it on here and make a meeting happen!

As luck would have it...I am working right now....

Afraid I'll be out for a pheasant hunt. I've been feeling terrible about leaving the dog at home with a cone on his head (presumed barbed wire incident - 2 staples), so he's going to get a good hunt in before they get removed on Thursday.

I hope not. I think we just need a venue on the date, centralized to Calgary for all to be equally made to travel, but overall - has good wings! Any ideas, anyone?
