Default Flight .284-140 TSX

It always seems to work.

Spring bear hunting is always a good time. Time after work, good weather, and good company.

Good stuff Chuck!
i went out the other day for a drive and saw a couple. Seems the bigger ones are a little slow so far this year. All the ones I have seen have been 5 foot and under
I havn't shot much in the way of bears for quite a few years but hope to whack 6-8 of them this year if I can find some more time.
I got a wolf the other day though which made number 16 for the year! Seems to help the elk out that I have seen more of the last year here now

I know of three good ones shot down here in the last week or so. But that is it.

Nice on the Wolves!

I think they wake up a lot sooner down there. I had ice and snow in a lot of the places I was in last week. Muskegs were partially frozen still as well

Nice bear!

Is that a LH rifle?
Make, model chambered in .284?

Just curious.

Thanks. :-)

Most don't appreciate a good lefty bolt gun. :-)

The shot was about 120 yds.

I also stick with cloven hoofed animals for sustenance. :-)

Beautiful bear and shown the respect it deserves with a great picture. I'm headed out Monday with the 280 rem loaded with 140 tsx on my first bear hunt of the spring. I hope I'm as lucky! Thanks for posting.
