Question Best place to take the kids to fish that is outside of Calgary

Been living in Calgary for 9years now and only been out twice I think. Kids want to go fishing so was thinking on playing a day trip next Sunday. So where is a good place to take them?

Default Sibbalds Meadow pond

was out at Sibbalds meadow pond on weekend, nice area, lots of families catching fish. Not big by any means but caught a few fish one being 11 inch trout, was only passing throu and didn't stay long, but will be back.
Pretty guaranteed to catch a fish under a bobber, using Gulp with some sparkles. Not a big lake or anything but make a day of it with a picnic. Sibbalds Lake is just down the road for a bigger day use area but fish have not been stocked, water level too low. Also lots of hiking trails in the area.

Chain lakes is very good but Pine Coulee is pretty much almost fished out.. You will catch much more at Chain Lake then at Pine Coulee.
