Gorgeous Ruger No1A in .308 at Cabelas Edmonton

Hey guys. For years, I have hummed and hawed about getting a Ruger 1A, but never did because when I had the spare change, I could never find one with nice wood. There is an absolutely gorgeous one in the gun library at Cabelas Edmonton. Wood is beautiful. Not a scratch or mar anywhere. They reluctantly took the trigger lock off and allowed me to inspect the barrel. It appears as though it is unfired. Serial # shows it was made in 2015.

I have so many other things to spend money on that I am going to pass, but if anyone has been looking for a newer one with nice wood, then this is your huckleberry. They have it for $1439.99 and will not dicker on price, but considering the brand new ones are $2000, this is a good price.

I hope someone who appreciates these classic rifles picks this one up. It's a beauty.

It really nice, bought an AR15 instead as a protest . I'm surprised it's still there.
