Dall Sheep Horns

Question - my Mom came across a set of Dall Sheep Horns from a relative that passed away ... can she toss them or give them away (or sell them) or is there some issue with that legally?

An aluminum numbered plug drilled into it. Honestly I would keep them. Put them on display

Don't toss them. Even if the horns are small or damaged, they are valuable as knife handles or crook handles and I will take them if it can be done legally.

You can sell or give them away in Alberta as they are not a native species in Alberta
