I use Meat Chop Inc (formerly YB Quality Meats) just west of Penhold on highway 42. Have always had good work done by them. Jalapeņo cheddar smokies, honey garlic sticks and my new personal favourite, Italian frying sausage. Reasonable prices and good turn around time.

Meh, found it was mediocre at best. This was a few years ago though, owners were tryin to sell out of the biz.
Not sure if they ever did. I butcher all my own, but take trim in for various treats. Tried the 2 yrs in a row thinkin I was wrong.... I wasn't.

Hauke is running his own little shop now, H & A Meats 403-845-8803, with some of Rudy's trade secrets. I haven't personally tried his products, but I would assume they are of similar quality as Rudy's.
Shame that it burnt down. Had some great times in that shop over the years.
