no one liked the video??

i thought its was great. i've got a couple of spots where i'm going to build a winch like he used to pull his boat out of the water. looks like a great way to raise/lower food or bait caches out of a bears reach. next summers project.

also enjoy watching the dog catch the marten.

It's all your fault i'm very tired this morning. LOL!
Thought i would just watch a bit then play the rest @ a more civilised hour

Seriously tho, great great movie. Love the dog (150k run). Some serious bush skills in there, wonder if they harvest near the fur North American Trappers do?

Very good.
Was wondering what year it was produced as they did not use any conibear traps. Where the dog got the marten just shows how fast the marten are.

i googled it, and it was released in 2010, but i wonder when it was filmed as well?

they've been using outboard jets on the kola and in mongolia since the mid 90's. and the reference to the "community" bakers, makes me wonder if it wasn't filmed during the Communist days.

the guys in alaska still use the leg holds, so it's hard to say.
