Default Cow Elk Blackfoot

looking for alittle advice on hunting Blackfoot, I have booked the discharge course but would love a little advice on the actual area. I will not be able to get out during bow season so rifle help is what I am looking for.

don't be late on opening day (scout the first few days before to locate which fields they are in).

put your time in, you'll be rewarded most likely

Depending on which staging area you will be leaving from will determine where you want to go. From Waskehegan Staging area I would suggest following the central alleyway east and watch the fields to the north until you reach field 6A and 6B. In 6B I have seen them most often on the east side of the field right up against the tree line.

Some elk out of the Blackfoot staging area and from Central go north and I have seen them in Field 5A. Good luck.
