Default Any one have a 158 bull moose tag

I have seen a good bull the last two evening about a mile from the lease I am working on and he looks like he is in a good spot to put a stalk on him with a bow I don't know who owns the land so u would have to do some asking but it might be worth it

I live and farm in 158, and drew for bull moose this year in 208. There is no lease in 158 so you must be talking about across from the rumsey grazing. I can give you landowner info if you want. Takes 10 years for bull in 158. And they only hand out a handful of tags as there is a lack of moose in the zone.

Some people don't need a tag and some people don't care if they don't have a tag.

Forum members might want to think twice before internet sharing where the big bulls and bucks are. Do you really know who you're passing the info to, or with whom that info will be passed on to?

I not sure I understand what you are saying. You think I am going to go shoot the moose without a tag? I don't know why you think that. Maybe something you have done or would do? And further more, what do I care? I am drawn in 208. I guess a guy can't say anything anymore without people like you pointing fingers. Or whatever you were trying to do.

I know! I have my eye on a real brute of a bull moose that has HUGE HUGE antlers. He lives in this one patch of bush that is frequented by a lot of moose over the years, so I've been applying for the draw in this area. I've gone antler hunting there and no indication that there's ever been anyone in there. We see the same bull every year.

I'm sure you did not understand my post.

"People like you".... Grow up.

My comment was not directed at you nor directed at any ONE person in particular.

There are many threads popping up this year, especially today, with postings of offers to give info to the location of bucks and bulls.

I'd hate to see the information used inappropriately. Just a warning to All....

You are right. I can't say that I know of anyone that is drawn for bull in 158. I might be wrong but I don't think they hand many tags out in the zone . Maybe 5

Thats ok. I believe you. I don't know of anyone else who was drawn and I might know where there are a few big ones as I have started to spot deer for clients in the area and put a lot of miles on. Pm me if you need help. I live south of rumsey 15 km in the heart of the zone.
