Default Where to stay in Nordegg

My buddy and I are planning 2 or 3 days on the N. Ram and other streams in the area next week...I want to camp, he doesn't. I know there are some small motels in Nordegg....can I get any recommendations on which is best?
TIA

Yes, there is a hotel in Nordegg, new gas station for food and fuel. The restaurant at the hotel should be open as well

Default YHA Hostel

Check the youth hostel out. Buddy and i stayed there 3 or 4 years ago during hunting season. Own room with two beds, very large well equipped clean kitchen and from memory very well priced. I'd absolutely stay there again. Not camping but not a sterile motel room either.....

I’ve stayed at that hostel before on an ice climbing trip. It’s great! They even have a man made ice climbing wall at the hostel on the winter. How sweet is that!

We stayed at Cheechako cabins six or seven years ago. Nice little cabins, and reasonable pricing ( we were there in September so pricing was probably lower than peak season)

Good luck. Have fun and be safe.
