Question Help with value of bushnell 6500 2.5-16x50

I have a 300 win mag with a bushnell 6500 2.5-16x50 on it that I haven't used for years.

I'm going to dust off the 300 for my buffalo tag this year but want a smaller / lighter scope for it so I'm going to get rid of the bushnell 6500. Did a bit of looking around on line but can't really find any used examples for sale to get an idea of a price.

I was hoping someone here would be able to provide a ballpark price that is reasonable. The scope is very lightly used with a couple minor marks.

Thanks

I purchased one new in 2010 it was $800?

But this offer to borrow is probably a good way to go.

Scopes are a lot like vehicles and lose money fast..

Rough rule of thumb, whatever you spent on the scope divide by two equals your selling price. Unless the scope is new in wrapper or in high demand yours unfortunately is neither.

Trades I would interested in:
- Sightron rifle scopes, 4.5x14x42mm or 4x16x42mm
especially! with the HHR reticle. (no duplex pls.)
- older 6x fixed scopes with fine X or target dot.
