Best pricing on building materials

Just wondering if anyone can suggest somewhere with good pricing on lumber and plywood etc. priced out a smallish project I'm planning, and wasn't overly thrilled with Home Depot's price point.

I have found the prices to be a bit lower at the Rona Contractors store on Ogden Road. It is also nice to go there because it is only building materials and some tools so you don't get lost in a sea of dishwashers and christmas decorations.

I always thought The Lumber King use to be the best place to buy building materials. They are over in N.E. Calgary

I have noticed that I seem to get better quality in fence and deck boards from Home Depot that those that stock the lumber outside.
