Can I take the restricted weapons course to get a RPAL or do I need to start from scratch and take both courses? From what I can see I only need the RPAL course.
You can just take your RPAL course. The fact that they handed out more PALs with no testing or course required, to phase out the POL, is just more proof of what a farce the licensing system is. Either make everyone do the course and testing, or drop the requirement.
