No- But I know how far it is from Calgary to Okotoks!! lol

All that is left of that meal is a grease stain on my shirt and a dirty fry pan.

Sorry that there is not much for decent food in Okotoks.

Oh My:

An absolute piece of culinary art.

Do you have a name for it?

If you like mushrooms, what kind do you think you would add to your creation?

Or would you even add mushrooms?

Cheers

Yes. I call it "Omega's ass is pulling a trailer" Burger

Actually I would add mushrooms if I had any-
Fried of course.

Maybe quartered cremini's in a smoking hot cast iron skillet with mayo and garlic- Mayo turns brown and coats the mushrooms and then a quick splash of double chix stock to glaze and give some shine.

And last but certainly not least, what beverage would go well with your creation?

Well Ordinarily I sit around all day in my holey underwear drinking warm scotch and watching star trek re-runs.

But for that meal I would likely have a very well chilled Cider

You should maybe get out more. That is no way to drink scotch, especially if it is the expensive stuff.

Value village usually has good deals on used underwear. I always pick the ones with no burn marks.
