Default First mink ever and a top lot!!

Last year on November 2 me and my wife caught our first mink.
My wife skinned it and took the saddle off, and I boarded it.
I was happy to see it turned out to be a top lot.
What are the odds?

Congrats to you and your wife. 2nd member to post a top lot designation lately.
Not sure how "Top Lot" works, but if you get a top lot can other trappers also recieve the same honor for same species?

Yes everyone with a pelt in the top lot gets a certificate. So it would depend on the number of pelts in that lot.

There were a couple coyote toplots from members here on the January sale. I received one myself and southwesttrappinrg if remember correctly.

Congrats.

Does that say 8.50 US dollars? Is that what a top lot mink goes for?

What are the odds, I'd say about 100 percent. I am impressed .

That's quiet an anchivment for a first effort. Even if you had experiance with other species it's impressive considering you haven't done that particular species before.

Very well done.
