P & D out of Edmonton shows 2 T-3Xs on their website, one blued, the other stainless. I've ordered 3 guns from them over the past few years, they have been very good to deal with.

I was looking a while ago and no one had one in 7-08 so I went a different direction. Although I did find a couple sakos in that caliber. If your friend is able to spend a couple more $ that might be an option.
Wondering if anyone has seen a Tikka in 7mm-08 for sale in the Calgary area? Any available online you know about?
My buddy is coming to town in a month and is thinking of picking one up while in town.
