Upper or Lower Kananaskis?

Heading out for a full day this weekend -- haven't fished either lake very much.

Which would you choose if looking to catch a few decent fish?

Catch + Release mindset.

For me personally, I've had much better luck on the lower lake, but I don't spend very much time on either. I've had my best luck ice fishing on the Lower Lake near the dam between the two lakes.
