Default weatherby 12ga pump jamming

I have a Weatherby 12ga pump that has jammed since it was new. It seems like 2 shells try to feed at once. Its worse if you pump it fast, which always happens when you are hunting. Any ideas other than flinging it across a stubble field?

Without physically having the firearm in hand I would think it will be the secondary shell stop causing you issues .

Friend has one...terrible gun, jams up, locks shut, won't feed....first time out he hucked it into the trees. No idea what advise to give as he retrieved it and it now sits in the dark cold corner of his safe...
