Are you or anyone else familiar with this trigger?
It is inletted into a Rem. 600 that has been sleeved, chambered in an old Benchrest cartridge the 6MM. International based off the .250 Savage It's set for no more than 2 ounces pull ,crisp with no creep.
My father used the 6mmINTL for 300 meter free rifle competition about 50 years ago, when I asked him why not anything else he said " because we can't convince the North Americans to shoot a 6.5!" True story!

Mystery solved! Thank you Cat, obviously some decent Gunsmithing old world style I would guess. Probably the best trigger available at the time or done just cause he could. This rifle is the Donaldson version by Harvey Donaldson famed for his .218 Donaldson Wasp, which set Bench rest records for years.
This thing is a tack driver with 65-68 gr. bullets.
A buddy picked it up and I helped him set up his sizing die to use Lapua 22-250 brass, had to modify a shell holder and minor adjustments, but man this thing is accurate and fun to shoot.
Old school tech keeping right up and most times surpassing the other new guns on the line.
You're welcome, that is a really nice rifle, sleeved and the whole works!
Those triggers are still top shelf kit and I thinkk they are still as good anything built today .
I have some different springs if you want to try them .

It's a beautiful trigger to pull or touch actually, lol it's "right there" as they say.
Bit of a trick figuring out the Lapua 22-250 brass sizing, once fired formed seems to be working well with a very slight crush feel on closing. We'll see how they fit after a few firings.
I'll post a pic of the rifle when I can.
Very cool old school gun.
