Was thinking of heading to birch lake to chase some trout. I'm taking my friend and his daughter who are new to fishing, so I was hoping to use my 16ft boat.
What's the boat launch situation, can i back down a smaller boat or is the launch still washed out.

The launch isn't meant for backing boat trailers down. Its narrow and fairly steep. When it is wet it is muddy and slippery. Most boats are 12 footers that are hand bombed in.
