Default *** Northern Alberta Whitetail 2015 Video *** (15 minutes)

James harvests a outstanding whitetail buck taken at the end of November near Peace River area. Beautiful country up there. The bucks definitely were showing signs of post rut blues. Long hours, sitting in a box blind from sun up to sun down pays high dividends when you have patience to hold out. Success!

ENJOY!

I sure do love hunting big whitetails, and this video makes me want to get out there right now. Good job

Great video. That lynx footage was incredible. Congrats on a great deer. You earned it.

Great video. Was really neat seeing all the game in that area. Congrats on a great Buck. That looked like a 5x4 (9 point).
I couldn't believe seeing that trail of smoke come out of entry wound. Thought it might be steam, but the bucks nostrils were not steaming.

Congrats on the buck. Great video. How was your Zama/Rainbow Lake bison hunt??

I hope to have more time in the field this upcoming season as I only made it out for our moose hunting trip in October and did NO whitetail or elk hunting. My cow elk tag did not get used as I was away a lot this fall with personal family matters.

Just curious, were you hunting on the east side or the west side of the Peace River?

Thanks for the comments everyone. Was a very special trip for this guy. I was hunting in the east side of the peace river. Its beautiful country up there. Makes a guy want too move north. The bison hunt was unreal. We learnt so much the first day that a cow and a bull were harvested and we were back on the road the next day heading south back too lethbridge. There will be a 15-20 min video released from the bison hunt. We did not get the cow on video, but the bulls footage is unreal.
