Amazon Prime series- Jack Ryan (no spoilers)

I have been laid up for the last week or so (again) because we were in WEM 26th or because our lovely grandsons were here, jury is out yet,

and I watched 2 seasons of Jack Ryan in 2 days.

WHAT A GREAT SHOW!!! They need to make more of these now!

Krasinski - as a fairly sedate actor I am torn- he seems so absolutely wooden in the series, but honestly what he has done for himself to become the character is amazing. He is ripped in the show. I have not seen him in a lot of other characters, but I sure like the show and his version of Ryan.

After watching The Office, it's very jarring to see him play this character.

Don't have amazon prime but would love to see the series. I think he is a great actor, he did a great job in The Office going from nerdy prankster to career guy back to family man.
He's also in 13 hours, that movie about the attack on the US embassy in Lybia, for that he worked out like crazy as well. Enjoyed watching that one.

Agreed, what a great show! I watched it a month or so ago and I really hope they will do another season. However, the first season is by far the best.

I binge watched season 2 last weekend. It is a great show, I really enjoy it. I wish there were more episodes, but then I wouldn't get anything done.
