Moultrie Game camera

I have a Moultrie panoramic 150 game camera, haven’t used it in a couple years and forgot my passcode.. I’ve been in contact with Pradco outdoors website helpline through email, but without proof of purchase they can’t help me out. Which makes sense. However the lady asked me to send some possible ideas of what it could be, and if close she would point me in the right direction.
Just curious if anyone has any idea of how she would even know the passcode to it? Seems strange to me. Never had it connected to a network or anything like that to my knowledge. Are they pre registered on networks or something?
