The meat was unbeleivabley good, you could cut it with your fork, tasted real good, it was kinda neat i have never seen backstraps cut with a swede saw, but when there that frozen it worked like a charm, we ate backstrap and lake trout one night , what a feast.

Quick question - there's a white patch on both the bulls you pictured. Is it a bare patch or is it just white?

yea there is a white patch on these animals and to tell you the truth i have no idea why there is a big circle of white hair there. but its really white hair

yea for sure it was very reasonable,
i just got off the phone with les up at robertsons taxidermy and hes putting a slight left turn in the mount and it will be done before christmas, this is the first mount done by robertson and im excited to get em home as i know they are one of teh best taxidermist in the world, and they do alot of muskox so cant wait.
