Default Where are all the pigs at?

Please don't tell me at your local bar. Looking to smash some pigs with the ol' 45/70, and wondering were the most productive place might be. Need to find me some bacon.

I was at an Ag Service Board conference in Medicine Hat and as the service boards are kinda/sorta involved in the bounty program we were told that there had been 28 sets of ears turned in by Dec31. 20 of these came from county Two Hills. I talked with their fieldman and was told another 25+ had been turned in since then. Sounded to me like this was the highest concentration of huntable hogs.

I would love to be shown where they are as well. I would put an X on a map to my Sheep hunting spot if a guy would show me where to go with permission. The thing is that I don't think too many guys know where to find them and if they do they are not saying much and I don't blame them one bit because either would I

Holy smokes, you must want to shoot a pig pretty bad. Heck of a deal for someone who knows where these pigs hang out. Good luck.

Try your local Hutterite Colony. In the barn, that is

I think you may need a little black spray paint to get a bounty on them!

Around Nojack, Niton Junction and Peers. It's no big secret.

I'd suggest a little drive one weekend, pound on some doors, hound/beg the locals and some glass time at dusk would be more productive than nagging on the internet.

Looks like you got yerself a pair of hybrids. Wild/domestic pig hybrids are amazingly ugly beasts. I knmow where lots of wild boar are. Unfortunately for most hunters, they're behind a fence. However, you can do a fence hunt for a few hundred bucks iff'n ya so wish.

Well I guess your trapline doesn't go through my buddy's horse farm because
he has a whole sounder of pigs visiting his woods pretty regularly.

I've heard on a discussion forum (coulda been this one or CGN) that someone had spotted some along the Hwy 22 south of Longview, going towards Crowsnest Pass. Any truth to this? I've got a business trip to Cranbrook coming up
