Default UN ATT means?

Just starting to read into this.

Can anyone who has spent some time looking into this matter tell me what it will mean to the average shooter or hunter?

Again, I'm just diving into this subject as I've seen it come up a few times now.

Have no clue what your talking about, maybe you can offer up some info? Like what does UN ATT stand for?
