Would make a great specimen for a mount. Under different light the plumage maybe changes colors.

Cool, wild or released bird? One of the local farmers here raised what he proudly called blue backs. We weren't to shoot his blue backs, we didn't shoot any as we could not tell the difference.

Wow! That is an incredible looking bird!

We have been hunting ducks/chickens/geese more this year than in the past. And we have felt almost guilty for not doing more with some of he birds with how beautiful they are. Anyone have ideas other than full mounts?
