The reason country people hate city driving is pretty simple

Farmers drive grain trucks, combines, and donkeys. They are not used to driving a car, SUV or truck

And when farmers drive, its slow, because their wife has the window down so she can spit tobacco

80-100km/hr? That’s NASCAR speed for a farmer. I sympathize with their difficulty in keeping up.

Lots o' truth to that ^

I spent most of my adult life living in or near big cities. While driving on the freeways, 120k was the low-side of cruising speed.

Now after moving to the country two years ago (far far away from the *&^%# Big City), 80K seems like bloody light-speed

Im sure someone will fail to recognize my sarcasm Lol

I had family that would fly here instead of drive, in order to avoid driving.

Too overwhelming

Careful where you point that thing. It might be a sheriff with the bright lights. Like the one in High River a couple weeks ago, who charged the guy who flashed him.

Isn't that something. Nothing says power trip like charging someone for flashing their brights at you.

That push bar on the front is to prevent damage to the car when it goes over the curb and plows into a crowd of people.
The gun is to take care of the ones that didn't die when the car ran them over.

Not a farmer, don't Dont chew either, maybe I should take up both but until then the drivers nowadays believe it is a right, hurry up, get there, can't wait, gotta have my phone out, can't miss a text all at a situational awareness of next to nothing except for what is going on in the vehicle...sad but true.
Next time you stop at a set of lights survey the vehicles around you, see how many heads are down, see how many vehicles move without really looking out because they sense movement around them...not aware of the pedestrian or the vehicle in front had stopped...now let's add speed into the mix with say questionable road conditions got nothing to do with what you do for a living or where you live, just back to basic driving skills.
