Default Cypress Hills outside park hunt

Curious who else has tag for either sex hunt outside the park.
Last Wednesday I should have been....except for 2 ****heads from Bassano area who deliberately wrecked my shoot.
Since then elk are non existent for me....very warm weather and 40k plus winds isn't exactly great hunting weather.
Anybody else enjoying this hunt?

With the exception of the first hunt, sounds like it has been really tough this year. I think there have only been a handful killed since that opening week. Conditions have been from one end of the extremes to the other. Hopefully a turn in the weather will get them moving for you.

Got drawn for opening week inside the park last year, it's a tough hunt that is hugely dependent on the weather. Was lucky enough to get a 5x5 bull on day 3 of 4.

Put lots of miles on the boots, and don't leave your spot until you can't legally shoot anymore. The elk didn't come out until there was 15 minutes of shooting time left
