Shotgun 101

Hey fellers, hoping you guys can give me some pointers and warnings regarding my smoothbore stoeger P350 12ga shotgun with changable choke tubes... and shooting slugs out of it.

Should I shoot sabot slugs? Rifled slugs? Cylinder Choke?

Hoping to maybe learn something I don't know before I go and "learn" it the hard way!
