I’m sitting on a road allowance (even has a street marker). The land is fenced off. There are no boundaries to the allowance in the farmers field. If I walk due north can I go on and take a deer? Silly question, but this is still grey area for me.
While most likely legal to do, the chance of you shooting a deer, and it dying on the road allowance is pretty slim. Then you’ll have a headache trying to get permission to get the deer.

I don't know wiz could be a good shot and drop it where it stands good luck to wiz
I have my landowners map. Problem is I can’t find where this guy lives among his 10 sections!!
Those bucks wondered through, I have no idea what the boundaries were so better safe then sorry. I’ll head somewhere tmrw where I have clear permission and hope for the best.
