Rattling Buck to 60 Yards Home Video
First morning hunt last week. I watched a good deer come through this field and was content to film him. This 2nd deer came through minutes later. I decided to toy with him and see how close he would come. My concealment was not great- sitting at the edge of a treeline without much cover. The wind was ok, although not perfect. He stopped at 60 yards +-
No, I am not looking for subscribers or views. I couldn't care less about that stuff. I'm sure there's a few folks who can appreciate this little guys behavior. I love seeing his warm breath in the cold air. Gets the blood pumping.
Enjoy

That was pretty cool! Enjoyed watching that.
I love that leap he did right after he turned. To me, it's like watching ballet.
Did a similar thing a couple of years ago, unfortunately my footage was not that great.

Really Nice video.
Looks like he was constantly trying to move to your left to wind you.
Thanks for that, as you say, my bloods pumping for my Sunday/Monday hunt.

What a great video!! That Looks like a lot of fun, getting him to come to the rattling like that. Reminds me of the bull I called in this year. Heart was pumping so hard, and seeing his breath as he would grunt back at me, was one of the coolest things I have experienced while hunting. Pretty sure I would have shot that deer!! He is plenty big enough for my liking!! However the guy you tagged is pretty nice too! Thanks for sharing the video with us!

You nailed it! That wind was heading exactly to my left. In the end he busted me visually before hitting my scent. Hard to rattle when you're in plain sight haha

That was very neat! He definitely was anxious to get in on the action.

Good job!
I had a buck years back that busted me, I didn't want to take him so put my rattling antlers on my head and grunted a few times, he came back, ears pinned back, head low and pizzed.

Hey cat, we all knew you looked like an ungulate but you didn't need to confirm it

Such a cool video bro! Such a thrill bringing them in like that. Gives a guy so much confidence. That was some good practice haha
