Default Moose; Before & After mmmmmmm!!

Before:

After:

Moose Tenderloin Roast

Something that may interest some... nearly everything in this dish was grown or hunted by ourselves, including the potatoes, carrots, onions, horseraddish, red wine in the reduction, etc.

This is only a very small chunk of the tenderloins we took out of her, and boy it sure tasted yummy. The rest of it was butchered today by Riverside Packers in Drumheller.

I just finished supper and my mouth is watering again. It's been a long time since I last tasted a moose. Good on you guys and keep on enjoying...Marco

SOOOO tender - didn't even need the knife. Had the leftovers in a sandwich for lunch today. Wow, even better the day after.
