Default Archery/Gun Hunting Reg question

I have a question regarding the regulations concerning draws.

I think I have the correct answer but wanted some feedback to confirm things.

I am looking to hunt elk and/or moose this coming fall and when I read the regulations I have noticed that during archery seasons in some areas, a black box indicating a draw tag/special season does not appear in the archery season.
Examples would be Antlered moose in 339, 340, etc
Antlerless moose in 352, 355

or Anterless elk in 355, 356, etc.

So am I correct in assuming that hunting these animals during the archery season is ok with a regular license in these zones?

Just making sure I am not missing any information.

Thanks

That's correct. A black box indicates you require a special (draw) license. If there isn't a black box, then you don't require a special (draw) license and the regular license anyone can buy every year is all you need.

In most units this is associated with the early archery season, but there are many where you can also rifle hunt without a draw license.
Just be mindful that even in a unit that doesn't require a draw license for the early bow season, once the general season comes around (with a black box) you would then need a draw license even if you're still hunting with a bow.
