Exclamation Laminate Stocks for Marlin Guide Gun???????

I am looking for a laminate stock for my 45/70 as I had a fat lazy horse lay on mine and give it a nice crack. Difference between my gun and the laminate that marlin produces is the guide gun is straight and the laminate is pistol grip. Not a good fit to say the least. If anyone has any ideas for aftermarket parts it would be greatly appriciated. The old glue and duct tape fix isn't all that eye appealing. Stupid horse

Brownells used to sell a replacement, made by a company called "Brockman" if I remember correctly. Worth a look, but it wasnt cheap.
