IMO you made the right choice with the bitz. What glue are you going to use?

I fletched 3 arrows for the boss last night. The Bitz jig is very easy to use. There is a bit of back and forth adjusting to make sure both ends of the vane are contacting the arrow. But after that, it's set, and very consistent.

I still have to adjust the nock receiver a bit more so the vanes lines up with where I set the nock.

One issue I had right off the bat tho. When I was checking how the left helical clamp lined up, the metal that is used to stick to the magnet, came unglued from the clamp. It just broke right off. That was kind of disappointing. So I cleaned their crappy glue and re glued it. No biggie but I had to let my glue cure for 24 hours before I could use it.

Then I did 3 arrows with out any problems.

I have a straight and right helical. Work well for me. Have had the BSE psf-1 pro for 22 years. The helical one for less because i bought my recurve later.

I got 3 more arrows fletched up this evening. For the boss's bow. I did 4 vanes this time. It's probably not going to make a lick of difference. But she can test them out. Now she has 3 different setups to test. I can't wait for spring and we can get some good shooting in.
