Default mittens

I've made fur mittens (rabbit) and they aren't hard at all to do. Find a pattern for "chopper mitts." I like to put a little leather around the cuff area and the palms to make them more durable, and make sure to put a leather loop on the wrists for a sting to hand them off your shoulders. You should also leave room for a good set of wool liners. You'll have warm hands forever with fur mitts.

I bought a pair for my wife when up in yellowknife a few weeks ago. she loves em. I bought them at a place caled Just furs. I have their card at home and can post more info later.or u can use google. I know they ship. Send me a pm if you're in need of more info. I think they retailed at about 275 a pair, but I bought lots of stuff there so I'd have to do the brake down.
