Default Trigger pull gauge recommendations

I am looking to purchase a trigger pull gauge and was looking for some thoughts and comments on the various ones available.
From what I see there isn't a whole variety available. A digital one from Lyman and three mechanical ones from RCBS. I'm kind of leaning towards the Lyman digital one.

Go to Fishing hole or Wholesale. Buy a six pound roound brass fish weighing scale, for $15 and fit a tigger pull from a coat hanger. Perfectly good pull gauge for $90 less than any of the ones specifically made for the job. It doesn't have a stopper so you have to watch it as it breaks but for that much less I can live without the stopper.

After a while you really don't care how heavy the trigger is as long as it works for you and that rifle.

I have the Lyman electronic gauge and have found it quite useful. It has resolution to 0.1 lb and can store several tries which can be averaged. I haven't tried against a known, calibrated scale so I can't attest to its absolute accuracy but I believe it would prove to be accurate. More importantly, it has given me consistent readings on each of the triggers I have checked.
