Looks like you are using imgur... Only thing I would suggest is trying to use the smaller thumbnail size feature so you do not have to load such a large image...
He is an example of what I see and do on the imgur image right from the website on my desktop...
Basically load the image and bring it up. Click on the "Large Thumbnail" part under "Sizes". The click on the "BBCode (message boards & forums)" section and highlight it. (you will see in my image both spots I mention are highlighted green). Then simply copy the link and paste it exactly how you see it into the forum and voila! Images are sized and posted. You can make the images smaller or bigger at that "Sizes" section as preferred, but usually the original size takes up far to much room in a forum thread.
