Default Maligne Lake Magic 2013

Wow 3 days on my favorite lake

My youngest Jeremiah got his first taste of Still Water fishing where he got fish

the hook set was not there for the first 2 hits but he got the next 4 with in 1/2 hr so I think we have another Fly Angler .. he just has to work on his casting but it is coming .. he released most of his fish as did I but we do eat them so kept a couple

the local's were up over 40 each

weather was wet but the fish were still feeding all around us

picture's for the record

enjoy

David

I know you said hello to my dad in the blue hyde drift boat. Sounds like you had a nice trip. I'll be up there on sunday.

The kid learns faster than dad. Or does he take all day to tie on a fly?

About 12 hrs from now we should be putting out from the dock. Hopefully Dave will get another fishing lesson. 5 days of rain, sleeping in a tent will 2 chainsaws, birds making all that noise at daylight, sitting around the fire till dark, sitting in a boat all day, GOD IT GOING TO BE A GOOD TRIP AGAIN.
