Default Apa m6

I am looking into buying a new bow this summer and have been really interested in the APA M6. I didn't know if there is anything to watch out for with these bows as far as defects or things users don't like about them.

Awesome, thanks for the input brohymn2. Do you find the bow is fairly quiet?

I shoot the Mambe M7, I have only had it a couple weeks but so far I love it! It draws quite smooth with a bit of hump to get over right at the end of the cycle, I use to shoot a solo cam so this is taking a bit of getting used to but it is less noticeable to me everytime I shoot it. I noticed it with all the dual cam bows I tested this year so most people are probably used to it. I find the bow quiet, I am shooting 60lbs at 28 1/2 DL with a 29" Gold Tip Xt hunter for an arrow. I find it very dead in hand, well balanced and easy to hold on target.

My choice cam down to the M7 and the Hoyt Faktor 34. I loved both bows but ended up with the APA because its Canadian, has the added features of the handle and tool center and it cost $100 less, I didn't like the Hoyt $100 more!

Good luck with your decision, I am sure you will love the APA if you go with it!

Luv my M6 , had it for a year now and no problems . I was a Mathews fan before getting this one and shot the Helim ,Creed , and Chill before I switched to the APA . Wouldn't go back now .

I love my APA Mamba 7! APA makes a great bow which is fast, quiet, minimal vibration in your hand, and is Canadian as has already been mentioned on this thread. They don't have the same defects as some other bows (i.e. peeling of the limbs), but rather, have a lot of nice features such as the tool centre (also mentioned elsewhere in this thread).

You won't be disappointed! My choice came down to Bowtech and APA, but I recommend before you finalize your decision, you shoot a bunch of different bows to see how they feel for you.
