The action alone, in mint condition ( to be clear, mint condidtion, to me, means new, unfired) is probably worth around five hundred bucks. If the action is in excellent used condition, knock off a hundred and a half.
The Brazilian rifles are usually either a 1908 DWM or a 1935 Oberndorf Mauser. Of the two, the 1935 is the more desirable and is, in my opinion, one of the very best military Mausers which were available. Leeper
