Made it out to my favorite local lake today and she didn't disappoint.

Big flies = Big fish!


Caught some pesky little walleye too. Those things are everywhere. Kinda like perch in a rainbow trout lake lol

Are the docks still in at provincial park?

Not as many healthy pike as there used to be but there are still plenty left.

I fished with only big flies (8" plus) this year and caught less fish but the size and quality was better.
