The letter box mounted at the Sign-In Kiosk marked Lost & Found contains cards that are checked every couple of days. A member finding or loosing an item records the relevant information and the club coordinates the exchange.
Sometimes items are reported on the form, sometimes by contracting the club or an Exec Member ...by phone, twitter, Facebook. By centralizing the information, the potential for revonnecting lost/found items is maximized.
