Default licencing a pleasure craft

Is this something that can be done at a Alberta licence agency, should I do it online or at a Gov. of Canada office? Got a new motor for my boat.

Yes you can get it done on line. Did mine a few weeks ago. Can take up to 5 business days to get it.

Needs to be renewed every 10 years or if changes made.

I just looked a the links as I too have put a new motor on my boat, but the form doesn't ask anything about the motor, HP or motor serial number etc. at all. So I take that as if you change the motor, there's nothing to update if you already have the boat licensed. They only mention the HULL serial numbers.
