Yes, definitely way more than should. Unfortunately, alcohol is involved in many of these fatal accidents.
For this particular case though, it was just waiting to happen, imo. The second bridge they finally started working on not long ago should have been built a long time ago.
The dunvegan worries me. Don't know if it's narrow or seems really really narrow.
