Pike Fishing within 1.5 Hours of Red Deer

Hey everyone. I have a sales rep coming into town tonight and want to take him out pike fishing tomorrow. Any good action around the Red Deer area? Haven't got out this year except to Gull one morning, which was a bust and Wabamun which is doable, but a bit of a drive.

Pine, burnstick, cow, sylvan,gull. Pine and burnstic for numbers but pine is a gong show. Gull and sylvan for size but sylvan is a gong show most weekends. Cow is decent and not terribly busy, but can be . Buffalo is my vote.

Never fished Buffalo. We will be fishing from our kayaks. Is the a launch close to the good hunting grounds?
